100th Anniversary 
Outreach program The 100th Celebration 
Committee thanks the members 
and friends of West Side for 
their support and contributions 
to our “Help us Learn . . . Give 
us Hope” outreach project.  We 
collected 101 back packs and a 
large amount of school supplies.  
These items were given to 
Colonel LaGrange after worship 
on Sunday, August 2, and, as he 
shared with us, these items will 
be the hands of U.S. troops for 
them to hand out to the children 
in Iraq and Afghanistan within 
the next two weeks.  Many thanks to all who helped supply the 
items, collect the items and to all who helped pack the supplies.
