The January 30 5th Sunday Mission focused on helping foster kids in Topeka by partnering with KVC Kansas at their facility and also packing Valentine gift bags at the church for foster children. Watch the video to see highlights!

Learn more about foster care in Shawnee County by listening to

Lance Wilson, KVC Kansas, who spoke at West Side on Sunday, January 16 and  John Hodder, a West Sider and foster parent alongside his wife, Sheila, for over 25 years.

May 29 we wrote notes and delivered flowers to neighborhood foster parents.

October 30 we will be working in the Pumpkins for Peace pumpkin patch. Community volunteers are needed and welcome! Call or email the church to sign up for a time slot to help sell.
